The editorial board of Jurnal Gizi dan Teknologi Pangan : NutriSmart invites academics, researchers, professionals, and students to submit original research articles, literature reviews, or case studies related to nutrition and food technology for publication in our inaugural issue (Volume 2, No. 2, July 2026).

   Scope of the Journal:

  • Community nutrition, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and all areas of nutritional science

  • Food science and food processing technology

  • Food safety and functional food

  • Food product innovation and fortification

  • Food microbiology

  • Institutional nutrition and food policy

  • Other relevant topics in the fields of nutrition and food technology

       General Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts may be written in Indonesian or English

  • Submissions must be original and have not been previously published

  • Must follow the NutriSmart writing template and author guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be edited and free from plagiarism
